Low water on the Hiwassee...

So there is some conflicting information on the TVA forecast on the generation schedule for Appalachia powerhouse. The site is showing an average release of 2100 for today with a low water pulse schedule on the hourly listing. But it does look like that starting today and will be seeing consistent reduction in flows going down to a typical low water spring time pulse schedule.

1hour of generation followed by 3 hours of zero release.
